Being VEGAN is as hard as YOU make it | Mommy + Son Meals | VLOG

This is Day 3 that I filmed while I was away from home and staying in a hotel. I Vlogged it to share with you guys how I eat throughout the day, places I find that have vegan options, meal ideas, tips for saving money, and other random stuff :)

*** For anyone who claims soy is bad, gives men/boys boobs, causes cancer or any other unsupported claims… please check out these links I have provided that is backed by science and some are written by doctors! Any one else who is “genuinely curious” to know information… I am happy to help (as long as you are being respectful)! I wish people would stop making false claims based off of flimsy research you find online. I have seen the research that says soy is bad and it has been debunked countless of times. I just googled Why is Soy bad and a bunch of PALEO sites come up saying soy is destroying the planet more than meat and causing hormonal imbalance. As soon as an article says that without providing any factual evidence, I am out! Sites that “point the finger” or make attacks towards vegetarians/vegans and use poor arguments like “Soy is destroying the earth” without acknowledging that most of the soy crops are raised to FEED the animals that are KILLED… yeah SUPER biased.

My fiancé EATS and DRINKS more soy than my son and has NOT had “hormonal imbalances” or “man boobs.” If soy is so detrimental, why hasn’t anyone I know been affected by this? Why aren’t there a ton of cases online proclaiming the ill effects of SOY?? My partner literally eats soy almost every meal ! If you have convincing evidence and you want to take the time to prove me wrong and inform me, please… I am all ears ! I am open to learning ALWAYS, I just don’t like when people approach me rudely and label my lifestyle as unhealthy BECAUSE …..SOY. Really ? You don’t need soy to be Vegan!

Please…. before making assumptions or claiming something is bad or unhealthy, ASK or RESEARCH thoroughly instead of TELLING me I am wrong. Provide me with useful information instead of making statements you can’t stand behind. I always try and provide what information I think is fair and credible. I also try to find unbiased non vegan opinions because I know people love saying vegans are biased… Anyhow, I will hopefully make a video soon on this, but for now… here are the links:
