Recipe:
Ingredients
1 cup water
1 cup chopped kale
1 cup spinach
1 cup fresh mango (or frozen)
Juice of 1 lemon
1 inch fresh ginger
1/2 avocado
1 serving ALOHA Vanilla Protein
1 packet ALOHA Daily Good Greens
Optional: 1 cup fresh cilantro… if you dare!
Optional: 1 teaspoon chia seeds
Preparation
Starting with the water, place all of your ingredients in a blender. Set some mango aside to top off the finished smoothie. Purée until smooth. Pour into a bowl and top with mango and chia seeds, if desired.
