History of Superfoods – Goji Berries + Easy Goji Lemonade Recipe

In this video, you will learn about the origins of Goji Berries and how to make Goji Lemonade!

Makes 1 Quart/ 4 servings

¼ cup freshly squeezed Lemon Juice (about 2 lemons)
¼ cup Navitas Naturals Goji Berries
25 drops Liquid Stevia (or sweetener to taste)
Water

Pour the lemon juice, goji berries, and stevia into a quart-size mason jar. Fill the remainder of the jar with water, and stir to combine. (Alternatively, mix the ingredients in a pitcher with 4 cups of water.) Let the lemonade sit for a minimum of 30 minutes to allow the goji berries to swell and sweeten the lemonade. Serve over ice.

Lemonade will last for about 5 days, refrigerated.
