The reason our bodies are more acidic these days is mostly due to the typical American/Australian/UK diet, which is far too high in acid producing animal fats like meat, eggs and dairy. And of course its too low in in alkaline producing foods like fresh fruit, vegetables and grains. 

We also eat acid producing processed junk like white flour and sugar and drink acid producing beverages like V, Coke, coffee and other sugar filled soft drinks. 

THIS IS WHAT YOUR DIET NEEDS TO BE TO REMAIN HEALTHY – 60% alkaline forming foods and 40% acid forming foods. 

If you are sick and need to restore health then it needs to be – 80% alkaline forming foods and 20% acid forming foods.
