Being successful on a raw vegan diet can require quite a bit of planning and balance. If we are not aware of what our body is asking for and what nutritional content is within different plant foods we can become deficient in multiple areas nutritionally. However by eating an array of fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, green powders and super foods in the right quantity and balanced ratio for our own individual body type, success on this diet can be obtained. The raw vegan diet is all about balance and about being sensitive to what your body is asking for. This diet may be one of the most difficult to get right in today’s modern world, however the raw vegan diet is in my opinion by far the most healing diet on the planet.
