-coconut milk 6oz
-coconut water 6oz
-water 4oz
-1/2 frozen banana
-1 scoop vanilla shakeology
-1scoop greens
-1-2 tablespoons chia seeds
(Sometimes I’ll add almond butter if I have it too)
