Organic is the way to go. Incorporate free range chicken or organic side dishes in every meal if u can. Brown rice is my super food. I split my chicken with both my girls because I can’t eat that big ass piece of chicken but my hubby will just eat the chicken, no rice, and most likely a salad with boiled eggs (free range eggs).
