With the term of Superfoods that there’s no right or wrong way of describing this as this can mean so many different things to people. Some may define it as a marketing term to describe foods with supposingly health benefits and some may define it as foods that are beneficial for us to eat and make us feel better. – mentally and physically as well as foods that are considered to be good for our health.I shared also in this part of the video as in some tips to bear in mind when choosing superfoods for our medical conditions as well as just the foods that are right for these medical conditions.
