For everyday healthy living and healthy eating for healthy bodies- Research has shown that there’s maybe a strong link between what we eat and how we feel.

The reason for this is that we’re not consuming the right amount of food or different food sources to prevent all these different nutritional deficiencies. Along with Vitamin D, Omega 3 Fatty Acids and Iron which is among other food essential sources that has been linked to Depression and consuming foods that are rich in these nutrients may help boosting our energy, moods and helping us feel better for longer and fitter.
