❖INGREDIENTS:
Green Smoothie
-1 frozen Banana
-1/2 Avocado
-Handful of Spinach
-1/2tsp Vanilla Hemp Protein Powder
-1/4tsp Spirulina Powder
-1/2-1cup of Soy Milk (you can use Almond or Rice milk)
You can definitely adjust the amounts to your liking, go with your instincts!
Toppings
-Granola
-Goji Berries
-Dried Cranberries
-Pistacchio
-Almond
-Chia Seed
-Cacao Nib
-Coconut Meat
You can use any toppings that you prefer!
❖STEPS:
1. Prepare all the ingredients.
2. Throw in the frozen banana, avocado, spinach, vanilla hemp protein powder, Spirulina powder and soy milk into the blender, and let the blender do its job. (Note: it might be hard to blend because the consistency is very thick, you may add more milk to make it thinner. But keep in mind that the consistency of the smoothie must not be too runny or it won’t be able to hold the toppings).
3. Turn off the blender when you’re satisfied with the consistency, then pour the smoothie into a bowl.
4. Decorate the smoothie using the toppings, use your creativity to make your own version of Instagram worthy green smoothie bowl!
