What Foods Burn Fat?

What I see to be the MAJOR issue with most people is not understanding the difference between certain food types and when to eat them. For instance, the biggest culprit with most people who need to lose weight fast and lose fat (especially belly fat) is that they are eating high energy foods, such as “starchy” carbohydrates at the wrong times.

What you need to realize is that all food groups contain foods that burn fat. The best tip is to eat them at the correct times. I discuss that in the video.
