I made this video when I was lost and confused. As an update, I don’t recommend messing with extra sensory perception or your deliberately trying to open your ‘third eye’, as it’s not a hierarchy of benevolent Archangels and loved ones on ‘the other side’ who are going to communicate with you and give you signs and visions, but rather, deceptive demonic entities. So yes, of course, take good care of your body, detox and eat clean— but let the Holy Spirit guide you and your spiritual perception rather than trying to be your own God. Jesus Christ is real.
