Recipe –
Persimmon & Papaya Superfood Green Smoothie – serves 2:
Superfood seeds –
1 Tbsp flax seeds
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp Sunflower
Superfood powders –
1/2 tsp spirulina
1 tsp maca
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 probiotic capsule
Fruit –
3 persimmons
1/4 papaya
1/2 pear
1 frozen banana
1 orange
Greens –
2 cups kale
Liquid –
1 cup coconut water
1/2 cup oat milk
Method –
Blend seeds for 20 secs
Add greens & liquid and blend for 1 minute
Add fruit and superfood powders, blend for 2 mins
Enjoy!
