In this video Bo shows us how easy it is to make ‘Prism Water’ or a Blue Green Algae (BGA) Drink – the superfood drink for Healthy Living! We love showing you new ways to live a healthy Vibrant Life!Blue green algae or Aphanizomenon flos-aquae (AFA) is an edible, has superfood status due to high concentrations of proteins, vitamins and nutrients, it’s beneficial for the protection against oxidative stress and offers protection against inflammatory diseases.
Blue-green algae and spirulina are rich in vitamins A, C, E and the B-complex vitamins, including vitamins B12 and B6. Since these vitamins are packaged in their natural form, they are in a highly usable state that makes them far superior to modern vitamin supplements. (It should be noted that some experts don’t consider the vitamin B12 in spirulina to be bioavailable, while others disagree.)
The one I have used on the video is highly nutritious fresh water micro-algae that grows in wild pristine waters of Klamath Lake, Oregon where all pure AFA comes from. BGA contains a wide spectrum of nutritional components that are known to help increase cognitive functions as well as alleviate depression.
Why use Amethyst Crystals?
Amethyst is the rarest form of quartz and possibly the most popular form of quartz in the world. It’s a fairly hard gem, has six sides, and can be found within geodes all across the globe.
Amethyst has a myriad of natural aids for the body by producing small, detectable levels of magnetic fields. While high levels of magnetic fields are dangerous (particularly from electronics), the naturally-occurring magnetic fields from amethyst may actually produce favourable results in the body. Since the body has its own magnetic field, it is possible that amethyst interacts and exchanges energy with the body.
