“KETO – Sausage & Cheese Breakfast Frittata”

A very easy and tasty breakfast idea! Can’t go wrong with eggs on the ketogenic diet, and lets not forget all the health benefits associated with eating eggs – to put it simply they’re a ‘super-food’.

We gave this a shot this morning and everyone loved it! It’s very easy to modify if you would like to add or remove anything, so don’t stress if your not a fan of asparagus.

For your information – The ingredients include:
6 eggs
2 breakfast sausage patties
1/2 a chopped small onion
1/2 cup of chopped asparagus
Salt & Pepper to taste.
