Shake Challenge Stupid Version

Hey YouTube! So I’ve seen a lot of Shake Challenges these days on YouTube so I thought why not make my own version of It!

So what i typically use as ingredients for my shake are:
fruit(for this example bananas), berries (for this example blueberries) , nuts (in this video walnuts) , and somtimes seeds like pumkin or chia seeds, protein powder and a mixed powder containing
Spirulina (some kind of algae witch are the highest source in nutrients!) pure cacao, lucuma (subtropican fruit wich is full of iron and proteins) maca (a mexican root wich is rich in vitamins B C and E. They even say it boost your libido XDD not that i need that HAHA) I sometimes even ad ginger, cinnamon and chumeric in to add a little healthy spice!
